Thank you for shopping with Roughland. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your Roughland Frontier shoes aren’t the right fit for you, we’re here to help.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancelling an Order

Because we process orders quickly, cancellations are only possible before the order has been packed or shipped.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately at TryRoughLand@outlook.com with your order number.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it—but you may still request a return once it arrives.

Refusing Delivery

Orders refused at delivery will be treated as a standard return and may have return shipping costs deducted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of dirt, scuffs, or damage
  • In original packaging with all accessories included

Returns that show signs of wear or use may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified during promotions or special offers.

Exchanges for size or color may qualify for discounted or free return labels depending on your region.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn footwear
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories marked as non-returnable

EXCHANGES

We offer size exchanges or product exchanges if the item is still in new condition.

If the desired size or color is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

REFUNDS

Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Please allow:


  • 3–5 business days for us to inspect and approve your return

  • 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to finalize the refund

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
